At Florence & Mae, we always do our best to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.

If you still wish to return an item, here’s how our return process works — clear, simple, and fair.

 


 

 

Conditions for Return

 

 

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving the product.

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on the product is allowed, but wearing it is not.

  • We strongly discourage ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intent to return part of the order, to help reduce unnecessary shipping costs and waste.

 

 


 

 

Return Process

 

 

  • Submit your return request via info@florenceandmae.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You will receive the return address from us — our fulfillment warehouse is located in China.

  • You are responsible for return shipping, including any customs or international handling fees.

  • We always recommend using a trackable shipping method (Track & Trace).

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we have received and inspected the returned product to ensure it is in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method used at checkout.

 


 

 

Responsibility

 

 

  • Florence & Mae is not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the order was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address changes must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
